100% payment to be made upfront of the billing cycle
Additional hours beyond set hours will be billed @ Rs.2200/hour
All content to be provided in a soft-copy (easy to copy-paste format)
Turn around time - 1 to 3 working days based on task/plan (can vary based on nature of request)
Working days/hours: Mon-Fri - 9am to 6pm IST
(excluding Bank / Indian holidays)
Support will be provided via Phone / Email / Online Meeting (Google Meet/ Zoom / Any Desk)

Excludes:

Complex coding requirements, 3rd party integrations, out of the box features is not included in standard support and will be charged. Any such request will be analysed on case-to-case basis to see if it can be incorporated as a standard request
New design work (example banner creation, illustration, etc)
Backup Storage cost that of sites that exceed 1GB
In-person / Onsite meetings
Optimizing website for specific score/benchmark (Example - Google Page Speed, GTMetrix)

How It Works & FAQs

What is a change request?

Think of it as a list of changes you want at a given point of time. A single change request can consist of multiple requests for one or more pages, and for one or more sections.

What if I do not have any requests for a given month?

We roll-over any unused change requests to the next month. However, at the end of the year, all the unused change requests exhausts.It is important to note that even when there are no feature requests, we are still updating CMS, themes, plugins and taking backups.

What If I am sending more request than my plan allocation?

If there is sustained high level of change requests, we will ask you to upgrade to suitable plan.
